Dennis Sparks was extremely rude and said that they would not be able to finance the vehicle at the price that was advised I would give zero stars if I could I don't recommend this dealership to anyone
I would not recommend anyone to buy a car from here I bought mine 2 months ago and have nothing but major problems . my car has been in the shop more than I have had it in my possession. All buyers be ware . first time he paid . for repairs because car was in the shop for the first month . 2 weeks later car broke on side of the interstate. Owner said bring it to the shop its your alternator. Of course at my own cost . again today my Car will barley stay started. Shaking like crazy and keeps turning off. Really I have 5 small kids that have ride in this car . how can we legally screw people and now I am stuck with a note and constant shop repairs just trying to keep this dang car driving .
If I could give a 0 I would. I can't say he was rdue but I just bought the vehicle yesterday and took it to the shop to make sure all was well and it has a transmission leak, the engine light is on due to malfunction which he said it was just due to high mileage , a belt is squeling and anight oil leak from a head is what I was told today. He refused to fix anything said it was as is . I would not recommend this place! ! Do not buy from him. I HAD TO PAY TO REPLACE BELT, PULLEY TENSIONER AND PULLEY JUST TWO DAYS AFTER BUYING AND IM STILL REPLACING THINGS ON THE CAR SMH!! NOW A WEEK LATER COME TO FIND OUT BOTH BALL JOINTS ARE COMPLETELY SHOT AND THE TIRE ALMOST CAME OFF MY CAR WHILE DRIVING WITH MY 5 KIDS IN IT! HE PUT A PIN IN IT FOR A TEMPORARY FIX AND SOLD IT LIKE THAT FOR 9000$ SMH.. THE RADIO AND BACK UP CAMERA ARE GLITCHING OUT AND THE MOTOR IS LEAKING OIL FROM A HEAD ! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HIM!!
