I have come in there for several different things and the customer service just isn't there. And things have not gotten any better over time.
Refused to replace a battery under warranty because i was not able to get my dead truck up to the dealership so they could get an odometer reading, eventhough the battery warranty is an independent of the vehicle warranty. Did not offer any assistance to resolve the matter. A joke of an organization pure and simple.
When we picked up car the price was raiswd higher than we were quoted. Wife was tired of tge hassel, so we paid. Warrenty covered less than we were told.
