Clean installation, attentive and cordial staff, and delicious food, what else one can say about this place other than experience it for yourself. Been to other Novorskys locations and this is by far the best one.
A few diff problems... Our 3-item to-go order took 40 minutes. The girl at the to-go window said not a single word to us when handing us our order. I called and spoke with manager Amy and said we had a terrible experience there and had not even had the food yet. She agreed there was a lack of customer service. She also asked if there was anything she could do for me, which is attentive on her part. And then after traveling to our destination we opened our food.. My order was lacking a side i ordered and something I asked to be on the side (and not on my potato) was all over my potato. I worked at a Novrozsky's in my 20s..it didn't use to be like this.

Came with rice and a side salad. The chicken was really salty but has a decent flavor aside from being too salty. The rice under it was old, crunchy and stuck yogether. The salad was great!. Really big and fresh!
Food was awesome. Big juicy hamburgers, the Novo chips were just perfectly cooked, and the chicken fried steak was incredible. It was a little pricey which is what kept it at 4 stars. But every thing else, including the service, was on point. This is a must go place.....
The food here is always great. They offer a wide variety of foods. You can get a salad, hamburger and fries, seafood plate, stuffed potatoes, and more. They offer a kids menu for 12 and under. Usually not much of a wait. Friendly staff. Located oon 16th street in Orange texas. Across from the Wells Fargo bank. Back in 1984 this usted to be the burger king location.
