You don't ever get a receipt for the charges, information about the FOOD is not correct. I love this chicken & tenders but the people running it do not have knowledge about the product they sell. Even worse they charge whatever & can't produce a receipt. They try to pacify you by giving you lip service or extra food. I'm appalled at this behavior in Orange, TX. Where are the corporate people in charge of these individuals who can't run the business as well as West Texas does....we are shocked by this behavior. Undercover boss where are you???
Never have any food. Don't go after 5 because they are out of everything. Horrible service.
I waited at the window with no one in front of me for five minutes while the manager stood on his personal phone buying something if his wife liked it at 5, all the while he didnt even acknowledge i was there.. So rude, I hope the owner sees this and takes action. There is no reason for this to have ever happened..
Zero stars actually but theres no option for it. They were out of every side i tried to order...including tea. And the chicken was bland. I won't eat there again. Probably not at any location
