I will not recommend or have anything good to say about a clinic that turns away a critical dog. As I said, I was established there. My dog Gracie died an hour later in the loving and very professional care of the vet at Foskey's Clinic
I DO NOT recommend Cypress Animal Clinic. They do not care. Shame on all of you there. So sad to be treated so badly. .
When I arrived at Foskeys..they came right out, told me to take a deep breath, and said they would do their best. I was allowed to be with her and comfort her. They did all they could but she died shortly after. Such compassionate people at Foskeys. . I even recieved a sympathy card from them. The even loaned me their personal cell phone to track down my fiance.
Our little Chihuahua, Molly, became very ill to the point we feared she was dying and we had to act quickly. On a routine visit to have her teeth cleaned, lab work was taken and it showed her liver count high. Additional blood work had to be taken and that is when we found how ill she was. Molly began to exhibit signs of failure. I called Dr. Dunn's office and they had me bring her right in where a number of tests, including blood work was performed. Molly was so sick and in order to try to save her, Dr. Dunn and his team worked on her and kept her for three days and nights and had her receiving meds around the clock by IV. Stacey (in Dr. Dunn's office) took her home at night with her and closely monitored her and continued the IV medication. At the end of three days we were able to bring her home and she slowly regained her strength and appetite. Molly has had a couple of "attacks" but with the care from Dr. Dunn, I am happy to say two plus years later, we still have Molly. She is in liver failure but is doing very well. She is a happy Molly and we are grateful for Dr. Dunn and his team! We are about 2 1/2 years down the road and we still have our Molly. We credit the swift action by Dr. Dunn and his determination to save Molly that we have her today and he continues to follow her closely.
I recently move to Orange. In order to get established here, I brought my cat in for an abscess. Treated Sucessfully. However, last week my 17 yr. old dog was hit by a car. I rushed her here. I ran in and told them my name and I had been there before. I asked for help gettin her in after I told them what happened. They said they would send someone out. I waited and someone came out and said due to the Memorial aDay weekend they were behind on appts. They did not have time to see her. They offered to give me numbers for Vidor vets or local vets..
Wait seems abnormally long when there appears to be no other customers. One veterinarian seems pushy and condescending if he feels you don't meet his standard of pet care (over-feeding, quality of food, obedience, ect.)
The doctor and staff are always so great with my fur babies! We having been using them for a while and plan on being with them for a very long time.
They are very good and friendly
