Friendly service. They love to help you out.
So not impressed. Went in to return a pair of shoes that didn't fit my kid - was actually told they didn't have enough money on hand (it was only $45) and to return tommorrow. Went in following day, while processing the return - literally not ONCE did the manager at the counter even look up at or greet me whatsoever. Gave off a major bad/snotty vibe. Seperate incident a few months earlier: grandmother entered the store to look for a sports bag - and all the employees stayed talking amongst themselves, never a greeting or offer to assist - so she walked right back out. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because one male employee was helpful a seperate time. Overall bad customer service.
The best employees I have ever encountered. Always nice and they greet you at the door.
