This place is a sty. They have re-purposed smoking rooms into non-smoking without in any way getting the smell out. The towels we're darker and more stained than my cleaning cloths at home. And the toilet was badly stained and needed bleach and pumice stone. We arrived after dark, but as we left, we noticed that it had been a long time since cigarette butts and general trash had been swept or the lawn mowed. We got out as fast as possible.
There was no hot water for 3 hours, when it was supposedly fixed, i had to run it for an hour to have barely temped water. The towels, hand towels wash clothes and bed linens were yellow/brown tinted with stains. Seriously the i use those kind of rags to clean outside with at home. My TV would not work and the resolve was a power strip stretched across the wall to another outlet. My shower curtain was hung by what looked to be some shoestring material. (The dollar store sells these cheap). I never complain but this was so out of control. The desk is not available between 11pm and 9am so says the locked door and signage. The front desk took a 10 minute call (from whomever) without an excuse me, I'm talking to the repairman, hold one second. I just stood, waited and waited. They did fix the tV pretty quick but as you see above not professionally. The floors were swept but dirty.
Horrible place. Floors were greasy and dirty. Shower was dirty, the room smelled and sheets were dirty we asked if we could have new be sheets and they said they wash every 3 days meaning someone else slept in the same sheets we were in and 4 days later still the same sheets. I know only because on the first night I wrote in pencil on my sheets please change and it was still on them till the day we left. We bought cleaners and disinfected the place. Towels were dirty and yellow. Cob webs in the room. I have pictures that I will try to post. So room 212 was probably the cleanest room after we left
The room was nice and the staff very friendly...stayed a week and very. Satisfied with the service and the accommodations...close to some restaurants but had to travel a bit for more variety...would definitely stay again
I wouldn't recommend this place 4 a billion dollars, the bedspread had big stain spots, I called front desk & told then bedding was dirty they brought another spread but we were not given clean sheets, towels were dirty, killed bugs all night & ppl above us stayed up all night along with their kids running & jumping up & down needless to say not no but HELL NO we will never stay there again! Oh yeah almost forgot this NO Hot water to shower & we pd &81 4 room, called front desk again got no where then about 5 hours after we checked out they called & accused me of stealing the TV. NICE PLACE TRY IT
