Do not hire this man!He is beyond crooked. He took all our money up front and explained to us that we would have to have a jury trial in order to gain joint custody with primary residence for my husband's one year old son. The jury trial idea was a complete lie.We gave him 16500 for jury trial and our file afterwards he quit and none of our cash payments were refunded. Terrible!!
I can fully understand that people on the opposing side of Mr. Clayton would say some nasty comments because they probably didn't get what they wanted. To the best of my knowledge anyone who Paul has represented, myself included he has done a remarkable job. I would refer friends and family to him any chance I had.

WARNING: this guy was just censured by the Texas State Bar for neglecting his clients. He likes to take your money up front then you never hear from him, or he does little to nothing for you. He is currently on one year probation and will forfeit his license to practice for a year if he screws up one more time. But knowing Paul he will continue to cheat people because its just in his blood. In addition to this he is not very intelligent and very narcissistic. Don't take my word for it check with the Texas State Bar. If you hire him you are a fool and deserve to lose your money.
