First and only time I will come here no air conditioning the manager or whomever does nothing to help. Only thing nice here was a few patron's. Can't rate zero stars or i would!
Owner has a very bad attitude. He never refund money if machine takes it. Today I had four loads of clothes that was all started at the same time. After awhile I noticed one was not running. Check and went to the owner for help. He checked my clothes and told me I didn't not put money in the machine. Then after I had him feel the wet clothes on the bottom then he says machine was finished. Which is it? Did I not put money or did the machine finish washing. He would not even refund $1.25. He even raised his voice at me and said he doesn't care if I never come back. I said I come every week and you never had and issue with me. Asked him to do the right thing and he walked off. I said why do I have to lie about $1.25 when had a pocket full of quarters. He went in his office and watched me the rest of the time. Stay away
The man that's the owner is soooo rude. Machine took my money and he refused to refund $1.25. Really $1.25 its not about the money, but I will not waste my time to lie about $1.25. I have also witnessed him being extremely rude to other customers. I would recommend you go to the other one in the gas station parking lot next door.
Washateria has plenty of washers and dryers. The only bad thing that I can say is that they need a.c. in there. It is pretty hot in the summertime.
Don't like it. Bad service.
