They was fast at getting me in and out but after my injection in my buttock my lower back right about injection hurt really bad I call up there they can't tell me anything and won't help me pretty much. I should have known to go to beaumont

My husband to my daughter to the emergency room and it's closed!

Will be changing to a different hospital, I choose this one because it was close to where I live and work. I first tried to schedule an appointment I was told it would have to be about 2 weeks from the time I called because I was a new patient and I was really sick, so I just went to urgent care. Tried contacting them again, but the lady that answered seemed to have an attitude, but long story short I just gave up on trying to get an appointment. Urgent care it is for me, again.

Absolutely the worst hospital I've ever encountered. They seem very insensitive and the wait is ridiculous! Also seems over staffed since the nurse station is full of employees and everyone is just sitting and standing around laughing and carrying on. They're not being very productive employees at all. Been sitting back here with my partner crying in horrific pain and throwing up and not a care in the world by anyone...The lady upfront brought her back and not one nurse has even been in to check on her...it's been 2 hours so far...only person who has been in is the lab to draw blood. Beginning to think there are no nurses assigned to rooms...smh

I cut my hand at my job in December I'm a line cook.. I went straight to orange hospital after that happened. When I got there they told me I would need stitches and that they would numb my hand so I wouldn't feel the pain.. Well the only thing was numb was my thumb finger so I felt every stitch that they inserted and after that they told me I wouldn't need pain medicine.. Remind you I need had stitches before I had nightmares after leaving that so called hospital
