Cool store and the one lady working was working hard. With a full store of customers and a full parking lot, there should perhaps be second worker on a second register.

The manager came out and ruined it all. I had just spent $250 at the Orange location and needed a $300 item which was only available at the Beaumont location. I walked back inside and stated I wanted a full refund. The cashier was extremely courteous. I have never had a bad experience at any Tractor Supply until today. The Beaumont store has lost my business due to the manager today.
I will never step foot in this establishment's location again. The guy loading my purchase was awesome, he did everything he could to please me, the customer. He even said he was taught to do whatever it takes to keep the customer happy.
