Horrible job, had to to have them go back over the interior and they still didn't vaccumm back seat it clean the inside of windshield .
Only place I'll go for oil change..
The outside clean sucked and left tons of marks behind but the inside is what really pissed me off. The guy washing it left so much dirt behind on the door rail that he couldn't have even brushed over it with the vacuum. The dash was untouched, along with the center console. I'm sure the only thing he actually did on the inside was vacuum the floor mats and even they had dirt left. There was even a god damn leaf sitting in the drivers seat when I got in that wasn't even there when I left. I've used them once before and it was great. Spotless outside and inside. I don't know who got fired or what changed but I wash my own car now. Never going back to them after this horrible service. The guy even had the nerve to stand there like he wanted a tip after he was done! Jesus Christ.

The price for services has gone up but the quality of work stayed the same. When you get your vehicle washed it really depends on who you get as the cleaner. There is one female that always goes above and beyond. On the other hand, I had things come up missing or broken with other people. Just the other day my 12v plug cap was broke off and sitting in the drink holder.
Check your vehicle after it is serviced here! I have had low tires, low fluids, and a loose oil filter right after leaving, all of which should be checked as part of the oil change. The only reason I go here is because the additional car wash and a lack of options in Orange TX.
As for the oil change, I use them because I get a wash and wipe with the service. One thing I can't stand is that every single time I go there a mechanic comes in the lobby and tries to get me to buy more services using aggressive sells tactics. I can understand why you might need to change a dirty air filter but telling me that I need a $100 engine flush every single time I change my oil is getting old. Especially when I get my oil changed before the recommended 3000 mile service recommendation.
Thieves work here. Make sure you don't leave money in your vehicle while it's being serviced. Had a $20 winning lottery ticket that was stolen from console. When I realized it was missing I could tell my things has been dug through. I'm sure if I had more to take it would have been taken as well. I do not recommend this place. They will never receive my business again. I suggest those who read this do the same.
