Was calling for almost an hour and they never answred...Had to walk there from gonzos body shop..when I got there there were 2 employees doing absolutely nothing....I asked why they dint answer the phone and said there were busy....very rude...and then they told me they dint have any cars availave..I asked them if they could chek in Nederland or orange and refused to help....I will defenetly never go to that location again..very poor costumer service
After my car was a total loss from "Harvey", my insurance, Geico, rented me a vehicle. The staff was so helpful, caring and friendly, gave me a very nice vehicle that I highly recommend this facility to anyone. I will be a return customer!
Excellent service from these friendly people! The Kia Soul we rented for a few days ran great, very clean, was almost brand new. I will definitely rent from them again if I ever have to rent a car , again. Hurricane Harvey hit our area real hard. Almost everyone needs a rent a car! This place was extremely busy. The employees were great, they knew their jobs and did it well. Always had a warm, friendly, welcoming attitude to all the customers waiting to be helped. Don't know how they kept such a great attitude! Hats off to them!
